Sunday nights are my relaxation nights before the week ahead... I often get Sunday night depression so like to pamper myself. I take the opportunity to give myself a facial, give my hair a treatment, paint my toenails... stuff to make myself feel good....

i never really do this but when i dont have any races on i sometimess have a big bowl of ice cream and put milo on top....(YUM!) while watching some good o'le comedy!
