Have you ever tried to walk on a frozen pond/lake?!

I've walked on a few frozen lakes. There was no chance of me falling in...I was pretty close to the arctic circle right in the dead of winter. lol

When I was a kid we used to skate(in boots) on the pond that we had. We were bored!!
