Marijuana should be legal across the board...........the federal government has no constitutional permission to declare it illegal in the first place.......
And yes, I wonder why alcohol is legal to posess, sell, and consume, yet it kills thousands of people a year in drunk driving accidents and drunken shootings.......
Yet I have not heard of ONE death by THC.

I agree, I don't think people smoking pot ever kill people. You would have to actually get up and do that. Only time you get up is for snacks. :)
Yes, yes, yes and yes. Pot smokers are (for the most part) peaceful and non-violent. They shouldn't drive any more than a drunk should though, not the best of motor skills.
It should remain illegal - It gives you a head rush - Just the kind of people we need driving around in there cars.
Not to mention - it is a lead in drug - the neg effects on a persons body.
I think Marijuana, cigerettes, both should be illegal.
