That is totally dependent on the individual, but in general, I'd say yes. Women in their 30's know who they are more than women in their 20's. They are generally more confident, independent, and are comfortable in their own skin. They have figured out their own personal style and what makes them look good. And they care more about taking care of their bodies, minds, and souls--the whole package. And they are young enough to have drive and passion and haven't gotten themselves into a I-give-up sort of mindset like some women who are older seem to. Speaking totally generally, of course! There are plenty of beautiful women of all ages.

In some cases i agree - because they're comfortable with themselves and have a mature, relaxed attitude to life.
Also some women in thier 30's are far more attractive than some of the obese/anorexic drugged up teens roaming the streets these days, no offence to the 'youths' for i am one of them =]
Yes I do agree. I think it is because of maturity. They are still young enough to be beautiful and they have matured considerably and also look more like women instead of teenagers. Any woman can beautiful though when it comes from within.

Age is just a number. It is irrelevant to a woman's looks. We are all beautiful. I am in my fifties and extremely beautiful, my daughters are both early thirties and are both extremely beautiful.. We are all extremely modest too.
Yes, as long as they are comfortable in their own skin and do not try too hard to make themselves look younger with superfluous make-up and clothes that they had the opportunity to wear when they were a teenager.
It works the other way as well, though - just because you have another 365 days to add to your experience, it does not mean that you should give up all hope on your presentation - whether it be the apparel you addorn or your attitude to others.
Ever hear the name Audrey Hepburn? If not look her up. She was an actress, who sadly passed away at the young age of 63. She was still gorgeous, even with the ravages of that damn cancer.
So women in their 30's...uh yeah. My own wife just hit 40...and she makes me drool just as easily now as she did when we met.
