I believe you should be putting all your energy into thinking about how you are going to live your life while you are alive! All the rest (including death) will follow. Its something none of us can avoid... so focus on the now. :)

I have too. I am very spiritual but in no way am I religious. I do not believe in an afterlife as portrayed in various holy books. I think it is something that is completely beyond our limited comprehension or imagination. All-knowing, all-loving, all-light.
I think the good people who believed in God will have wings and be in Heaven with Jesus and the one's that didn't believe will be burning in flames for eternity.

Yea it's really a lot to think about. I guess it all ties in with your Religious beliefs. Being as i am a Catholic (Not a good one) i believe i will either go to Heaven or Hell after judgment is passed on me.

well in my religion we believe that if we die we can still feel and hear what people are saying but we cannot communicate with them [[its like we are numb]].

i don't think this is the answer you want, but I don't believe that there is a life after death.
I think we'll finally learn the origin of the universe and it's purpose.

I sorta think it'll be so grand and phenomenol that we'll be transformed into higher sentient beings.
Like we'll gain a new and blindingly clear perspective and purposeful insight.
Like being blind from birth, then opening not just our eyes and ears, but new senses too, more powerful and profound.
In a snap, we'll know our place and purpose.
And everything will be alright...
