I only drink coffee, and i have 5 sweeteners in it. Drink about 15cups of coffee a day.

This may be the most profound question on YA this month so far ! LOL
If the coffee is very good, only three real sugars; with average coffee four real sugars; with most fast food coffees, six or more. I am now down to only drinking about 8 cups of coffee per day, from over 15 per day 20 years ago.
Sugar is brain food -- keep your tank full.
All artificial sugars should be outlawed - they taste bitter and thus are bad for you.
