If I am not straight off to sleep I lie and imagine my mattress is floating peacefully on a deep blue calm sea... I can feel it moving and I can imagine looking up into the never ending sky.
Maybe it's a form of meditation? I've done it for years and find it calming.

I always think about scenarios where if I had done just one thing differently, how the situation might have ended up. Then I get carried away and it turns into this huge deal where I become rich and famous and usually fall asleep...

idk.....sometimes if i close my eyes....lights pop up and float arround for a few seconds.....i try and follow one till it dissappears and then i just crash....its really weird

every night, i'll think of a hot guy, and just play along with the scenarious that pop up in my mind. those are my fave! but it's really hard, cuz my secret crush is dating another girl (hooked up at a school dance), and i just imagine what would have happend if I would have danced with him that night and it all takes off from there!
