I've yet to see a woman who doesn't have them, and I'm including women who were a size 0. If stretch marks were a deal-breaker the world population would plummet pretty quickly...

That's a very focussed body image issue. Stretch marks happen regardless, do WOMEN get turned off by saggy ball sacks?
