Is there any good reason why setting your own hand on fire wouldn't hurt?!
Question: It's not real fire. It's cold fire. From a cold flame. A mind-flame. Flame of your imagination, a flame of passion, a flame of perfect desire. Your body can be on fire and all you feel from that kind of fire, is hunger. Your hunger can't be quenched, except to have the object of your desire. What is that you burn for?

If it's so burnt....you don't feel it ...for a while.
Ouch.
if you're out of your mind
if you Vaseline on your hand, it will project you , some what, from the flame.
If you're on acid and you were trying to impress Patrick Swayze.
That's how you can tell if the drugs are working, that and the little green army men marching across the road
You soaked it in Palmolive first.
when soaked in ice water your hand is protected for a millisecond
The only way your hand wouldn't hurt is if you chopped it off before you set it on fire.
