Yes!! Great music, clothes, cars, movies, and tv. The times in general were so much better. There will never be any time period that compares.

Great music, cheap petrol, cheap cigs, no PC madness and you could get smashed out of your brains on a Saturday night for 20 quid.

I wasnt born till '78. I like some of the Beatles songs. I like some disco music. Whatever comeson the radio. I like KC and the Sunshine band --> Boogie Shoes. My coworkers think I'm just kidding.
Yeah, those were good times. (Good drugs too!). Things were alot simpler then and the world was a different kind of place.

No, I miss the 50's. Cool cars, the birth of Rock n' Roll, Duck and Cover, tight sweaters, large back seats.

I was watching American Idol and heard the songs of the 60s and 70s. I was brought to tears.
I realized it was not the singing, but the songs that so touched my heart. From a time of my innocents . Once again , I traveled back in time to my time.

I miss a lot of things. My banana seat bicycle, drinking koolaid out of a glass coke bottle, all the great music of course. My Mystery Date game, mood rings, roller skating, gum balls only cost 1 cent!
Do you remember clackers?? I use to have a set of those. I can't believe they made them illegal. Too many kids getting hurt.
