IMHO, they are both people with too much time on their hands, how else do they get so many points?
The answer is simple. The former is a product of P&S and the latter floats between all the entertainment categories. Also, nobody thinks about best answers where as everyone thinks about points. The first has twice as many points as the second. And also, one has a completely different writing style from the other. That is what I think. Most of this type of questions are found in P&S and that is also why.
