I would love to go out but damn military general here at Okinawa has forced all military personnel, spouses, DOD service members and yes even civilian contractors like me to stay either on base or in your home. I can't even go for a jog on the street thanks to some marines being dumb and a general deciding to play an economic game with the Japanese.
Not in my neck of the woods. It's snowing and in the 20s.
