Answers: at what temperature should i cook them?
till there just tender to the bite. We don't do temp., we're Sicilian
dunno am not much of a cook
stew in juices as long as it takes to get them done
300+ but then they might get shriveled
Fry them. Medium to high heat or low and let them simmer.
cook until the thermometer pops out
Body temperature.
Believe me, they're MUCH better raw.........
Fry them in Olive oil...they come out much better and then you can put them in the gravy...
I just put my meatballs in the crock pot and thow the sauce over them and let it rip for a few hours! Or, place them on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Frying them ususally causes them to fall apart. Good luck.
LOL If u r really um making meatballs......then u make them into little balls and cook them at 375 degrees. Let them cook slow for about 20 to 25 minutes and then add them to the sauce. NOW if u mean your hubbies meatballs literally! I say Broil the things and do it quick and painless! LOL
It's important not to overcook them or they will shrink making them hard to handle correctly and putting you at risk of unintentionally bruising them. Try grilling over hot flames.
