I've dropped in a toothbrush, knocked in a bottle of prescription pills. My husband once had a ballpoint pen fall out of his shirt pocket while he was leaning over the toilet and flushing. The pen got stuck and clogged the toilet. We called a plumber, who could not get it out. We had to install a whole new toilet.
My son was tired and absent-minded one night, and all of a sudden he hollered from the bathroom, "Oh my God! I just threw my tee shirt in the toilet!" He had intended to throw it in the clothes hamper.
