i reckon it is to give the people who are on here more (and have more points) to have a better go than the others...which is crap :( coz people who are on here alot get suspended :( :( :(

They're trying to encourage you to get a life before it's to late.
To keep you interested and to come back another time to answer more questions. Then there's the reward, the higher the level, the more questions you can answer. So basically it's so you don't loose interest.

idk............... they probably don't want people to be able to answer alot of quetions so that they can't get to the next level that quick.............. damn'!!!!
It is to help contain spammers seeing as most spammers are only level 1 they can only answer 20 questions before they get deleted.
