I have managed crews of 50 plus and had their respect because I cared for my people. I realized that I am only as good as my people and took care of them. I worked along side of them and never asked them to do anything I was not willing to do myself. I won manager of the year years ago out of 3500 stores so I had a good idea how to run a business!
