Joy to me is a calm realization that everything is okay - the universe is unfolding exactly as it should and we are safe. It's funny, I just asked a question about joy - connected maybe??

Seriously--It is being unemployed and every day going to the school at 2:45 to pick up my little girl (7 years old) And getting to spend the rest of the day with her, running errands, going to the store and playing soccer in the back yard.
Joy to me is answering questions like this one, hanging out with friends, play games, and watch movies :)

Sitting on our front porch with my DH, with a good cup of coffee and a slab of cherry cheesecake...watching our Hummingbirds dance in our garden and around our feeders hanging from the porch ceiling...and on really good days...I can actually have one of those tiny flying jewels feed from my hand held feeder!...just short of heaven for me :)

Joy is hearing my 17 year old tell me he loves me IN FRONT of all his friends! Joy is having my man sneak up behind me to nibble my neck while Im doing dishes. Joy is looking over and seeing my big bad ferocious dog curled up in the dog bed giving the kittne a bath! Joy is a hot steamy bubble bath after a hard days work. Joy is having you man make u dinner for once. Joy is crawling into bed buck naked and into brand new sheets!!!!! Its all the little things in life that bring me the most pleasure!
