Answers: Lady, I am a walking cliche. I won't go into details...

*scratches my head thenkin about it* wall i dunt liek to use them, cause then it doesnt feel liek joey n_n i cent personalize it ?

Not really, I think it's better to just do what u like and not have to worry about the whole "am i too cliche" bullcrap...

In writing, yes, but talking sometimes for humor.

yes, they are so cliched

yes and analogies, it infers the person you are speaking to is ignorant

Nope...

You betcha bottom dollar!

yes

usually not, in what kind of setting? in practically anything trying to steer clear of cliches is in fact a cliche.

Bet your ***. They sound without any creativity at all. It doesn't show any thinking process.

I avoid them like the plague.

It is what it is :)

As a CTM in the Toastmaster organization, I basically have to.

That's a cliche all in itself.

yes, but somehow they get into the discourse even without my intention. maybe because life really has its cliches...

If the shoe fits, no.

But I try not to over use them. Don't want to spoil the barrel because of one bad apple.
;)

Yeah, it's a piece of cake.

Yes, in a funny way. When my daughters and I are talking and one of us come up with a clever or corny one, we kill ourselves laughing.

I try but sometimes it's hard to do.

Yes, but please don't judge this book by its cover because sometimes you shouldn't count your chicks before they hatch

I'm not clever enough to remember cliches, so I guess the answer would be; yes.

Cliches? maybe, but being from Texas, I use alot of ole sayings like, "don't shoot the messinger", or "you can't ride two horses with one ***" and "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

No, I tend to grab that bull by the horns, and never look a gift horse in the mouth, because; opportunity never knocks twice, and I may never get a second chance to make a first impression, so; I better grab life with all the gusto I can , and measure twice and cut once, before I ignore the obvious, and I never want to inor the obvious.
