A lighter is a much better option and your own personal emanation isn't polluted with the odor of sulfur that you get from matches.

Use one of those script lighters.... the huge ones.... that way the person who does it for ya has a little of a distance away and you wont have the finger holding pain/indent from holding it so long

Check your company's employee handbook - there may be a company policy indicating which you should use. If not, then matches are biodegradable and probably better for the environment. Next best would be a refillable lighter, like a Zippo. Just don't use a disposable butane lighter - too much waste.
why don't you just hold your booty over a candle so you don't need any help
