Yes. Abbreviations are acceptable, but when someone is trying to type like they are sending a text message, I usually ignore it.
Not really; I usually become more curious to find out what the entirety of the question is.

Yes I definitely agree...I normally read the questions and then if they are written like that then I just go back to the list and not even bother with the question.....
