Confront him about it if you wanted to confront anyone...If you couldn't get the message across to him and you felt led to tell her. Tell her. Who cares what anyone else thinks. A lot of people would say 'mind your own business' but I bet all those people would like to know if it happened to them right?

I am self employed. Therefore, if I were cheating on my wife, it sounds like I would already be coming and going as I pleased. I may also give myself a raise if my investors could afford it.

No, never. That's almost as dishonest as he is. I would tell his wife as soon as I found a new job and put in my two weeks notice because if he treats someone he "loves" with that kind of disrespect and dishonesty, how can I trust him as an employer? I would never work for a cheater.
