What's the most flights of stairs you have ever climbed?!
Question: Ummmm...... I climbed up St. Paul's Cathedral in London, which is a bazillion stairs.
That's about 600 stairs.
I dunno about "flights" though.

I assume that you mean the longest flight. I would have to say a stretch of about 100 steps while climbing to the top of Diamond Head in Hawai'i. That was one long set of stairs. :-)
