...both myself and my 21 yr old son, who still lives with me, are insomniacs....sleeping only when necessary...just the other night...at 3 AM, while we were still awake, I walked into the living room and said to him "We're not normal, are we"?...he knew just what I meant by that question and found it amusing...so did I
Probably if you could tell from the outside of the house but I am pretty sure that no light will show through my window to let you know I am even awake.
