Question: you're in teh computer late at night chatting or here in Y!A and all of a sudden your mom/dad go into your room and tell you to go to sleep? I HATE THAT!

your parents shouldnt let you have a computer in your room period, no supervision
all 3 of our computers are in very open spaces in our home and always will be, if you cant say it or type it infront of me then you shouldn't be saying it at all !!
maybe be a good child and go to bed when told and stop being sneaky

I am a parent --- No I don't do it to my teen, 17, but he has already graduated high school, so if he is late to work its his fault. Now my girls that are in school yes-- they have a bed time.
My parents live over 200 miles away. I would stop my kids because I love them and I know that their sleep is important. Thank your parents RIGHT NOW for loving you so much.
Because if you don't get enough sleep, you're a ****** the next day! Or, you won't get up and go to school !

Because young people have a tendancy to stay up till 4:00 in the morning on school nights glued to their computers. The lack of sleep affects your preformance at school and your grades drop.
i do it cause i'm the boss and i'm just a big meany wat i say goes, lol i guess thats wat my mom would say.
well i dont have a computer in my room but i wish i did.I think the only reason to do that would be because they want you to go to bed but they should also trust you and sometimes you dont want to leave your bedroom so it can be a good thing to have a computer in your room.and just becauses you have a computer in room doesnt mean your doing anything bad and YA isnt bad.
I don't have a computer in my bedroom, But yes, My dad gets up at times in the middle of the night and tells me to get to bed.
