i beat myself up all the time when i feel i've done something wrong or if i hurt someone unintentionally....it's an ongoing issue
Anything involving my kids....hurting people's feelings.....eating too much....being mean to my husband....not attending an event that I've been invited to...
Wow...I guess I throw on the guilt pretty regularly.
