In reality, being undercover is quite a difficult task! I have to be good at lies - which I am not. I have to have good memory - which I don't. I have to be kind of secretive - which I am!!!

Theres really not enough information to go on to commit to an answer in this hypothetical, what others are at stake, and in what capacity? who recognizes you and what is your relationship to them? In what way are you undercover?
If that someone is trustful, I would give up hiding and we would have a laugh. If that someone is not trustful... "who?? me??? You are mistaken, dear!"
I would continue to fake it for the sake of others. I would rather sacrifice myself than others. The less people harmed the better.
depends on the situaton. if i think faking further will work, then i will fake. but if i know the game is over, then what option do i have, will faking help. and if the cause is major then i will silence the one who has identified.

What a great question! I'd try to stay under cover but I guess it would depend on the situation and who the person was who actually recognised me and the consequences of that etc etc.
