You are right. I have just resigned my job and started answering on Y/A. I've realised that some people have been here since 2006 still at level one or two. I've concluded that my life is a waste but at the same time it helps when you have been in a hard situation like loosing someone in family. I have been a victim of bullying and my mum just passed away and I feel lonely.
