I use: ha ha or bwahaha when I'm feeling evil. Every once in a while I use lol but I try not to because I like to talk to my friends intelligently.
I hate: most any abbreviations like rotfl or lmao
i use haha or hah and llol
I use 'lol' usually when I'm being sarcastic, or 'hehe' if I'm being ornery. None in particular bother me.

I hate when people use abbreviations, yet when asked to explain them all they can tell you from something like fahmflw (made up) is that its the same as lol (laughing out loud).
