I've done a bit of cliff jumping,(yep, jumping off a cliff into water!). The highest jump I've done so far is 43ft, just over 13m. Maybe it doesn't sound high, but believe me, when you are standing on a tiny ledge on a cliff looking down, its feels pretty damn high!!
