well personality is the first thing that jumps out at me, (someone who's funny).... Then their smile, all the rest of the stuff comes later

I know i sound crazy , but i look at their hairstyles & the kind of clothing sense they have along with the attitude
regardless of preference i think we all look mainly at how they carry themselves. something about how they carry themselves has to grab ur attention or u wont look at them even if there hot.

Probably a bit of everything! For me hands are really important, im a sucker for nice chiseled soft hands. Weird I know. I also love sparkly eyes, if a guy has that then that's really hot. I dont care so much about big muscles, but if they have them, then i dont mind! A nice smile goes a long way as well.

Face
I first look at their face then I check out whatever body parts are most visible at the time based on which direction they are facing and how they are dressed. I'm a heterosexual guy so I am attracted to those parts of women that are different than mine. I like curvey hips maybe more so than some. An hour glass figure really turns me on. I don't go out an oggle women though, nor do I sit there and stare at their chest or their behind. When a woman dresses attractively or in a way to draw men's attention, yes, I do look as I think that's what they are looking for, i.e. attention to their figure and attention in general.
As for personality, I'm drawn to outgoing types with a great sense of humor. Witty women are hard to find though as most have this idea that guys are in charge of making women laugh and not the other way around. Let's all have fun making light of this much too serious world though, so when a woman can make me laugh or even tries to do so, that's a turn on for me. And if she's got a nice caboose to go with it, well then I'm hooked!
