took an amazing road trip w/ my friend and three other good friends so he could meet his wife. (by wife, I mean a girl he referred to as his wife but had really never met)
p.s. she had no idea who he was....and she wasn't home after a 5 hour drive.

Probably jumping off the eleventh stair. See, I'd already started to get that message from my brain: "This is a bad idea. You probably shouldn't be doing this." But I was learning how to muscle through it and leap from stairs numbered higher and higher on the staircase. My siblings and I had piled pillows at the bottom in order to soften any falls, so I figured I was safe, right?
Wrong. See, to have a cushioned fall, you need to actually make it to the cushions. I didn't quite clear the last stair and twisted my ankle.
But I'm pretty sure I hold the stair-jumping record in my family.
I was at a thrift store, and I bought a used TV on an impulse.
Quit a job right on the spot and walked out. Never went back.
Drive 13 hours to Canada on a 'free weekend.'
