Question: Is anyone else (besides the Vgans) refusing to eat beef since that report on the news that showed the inhumane treatment of beef stock? If so, how long is that supposed to last? I've done good the last few days but when is the boycott over?

You sound like you're suffering from beef-withdrawal syndrome. I'd caved before I even began to fight; can't get through the day without a little red meat.
But those people should really start treating these livestocks more humanely.
I think this is a life long mission.
We raise and process all our own beef, pork, and poultry, so we feel pretty safe right now.

I guess I am the bearer of bad news. If you stop eating beef because of what you saw, you may as well give up chicken and a lot more. There is proof of many inhumane things done to other animals. It doesn't stop or go away if people protest for a while.
