i put my shower hair cap on so i don't get my hair wet, i turn the hot water on because i like hot showers, i let the water run for a while then i turn the cold water on too so it will be half hot half cold, i enter the shower, get my body wet, scrub for at least 3 minutes, then i use Dove soap the pink one with moisturizer because i tend to get achy when i use different brand soap, i make i soap everywhere, then i get my little manicure brush for my feet so i can brush my feet. after maybe another 3 minutes of rush the soap all over i rinse my body, grab a large towel dry my body the quickly put lotion on the Vaseline sdeep conditionning one with cocoa butter for dry skin. then i get dress.
