How do you keep going when you feel you have no fight left within you?!

Question: Please, Mood Indigo, your questions are always so sad...my owner is really quite worried about you and wants to send me through cyberspace to give you doggie kisses...she says when she's ready to throw in the towel, my affection always keeps her going. Do I need to bring my toys?

Love, Roscoe

  • you talk to the two most amazing friends in the world (ash and corey i love you both) and you fight on

    with Gods help

i push myself to the limit

    Mums help

    i usually pray....

When you don't have a choice.

I have no choice. Even if I feel I can't go on, I have to no matter what. Mentally and Physically I may shut down, but subconsciously I will go on. Auto Pilot if you will. LOL.....

    a prayer

    first, look to god.
and also finding something worth fighting for.

by talking to my self i know this doesnt sound right but waht can u do every one has there own way

By prayer and remembering that God will not hand you more than you can take.

I have a drink and get pissed!!

i take a deep cleansing breath, say a little prayer, and remember that it's temporary and something to learn.

I think about my kids and the strentgh comes from within.....

    Keep the Faith

search for the other options and ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the time, I find them!!!!!!!!!!!

Listen to music like Papa Roach- What do you do,
    Breaking Benjamin- Until the End

Whatever you do don't lose faith or hope. Things will eventually get better. You just have to keep a positive attitude or state of mind if you will.

You can't ask yourself that, because there isn't an answer you just really do, if you don't think about failure then you will go a hell of a lot farther than otherwise.

By remembering that everything will pay off and have a great outcome in the end.

Get inspiration - call Chuck Norris.

I get my strength from two very important people in my life - my husband and son.

    By the grace of God.

you should never stop fighting in a good belief, but all that exhaustion may be making you weak which makes you feel like stopping.just rest and think of strategy and a way to win or resolve cause in you older days(50) you can have bad health issues.

You have to figure out 2 things. 1) What is important to you, and 2) What makes you happy. Then you must go get/achieve these things. You have no fight because you aren't happy. I could help more if I knew more. Contact me if you would like to talk. I've been/am going through that .

By thinking to yourself that this life is not all there is, that if we follow God through life we will go to heaven, pray for endurance

And by thinking to yourself, nothing lasts forever, not even this, and one day I'm going to look back at this time and feel good that I made it

And by finding at least one thing to be thankful for every day

Find someplace comfortable to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Then you clear your mind of everything and anything that's distracting you from what you want. Then, open your eyes, stand up with some power in it, and say, "You almost had me. But now it's my turn to fight back." And don't say it so you can hear it. Say it so you can FEEL it. Then go out into the world, give it the finger, and do what you want to do. Just make sure the neighbors aren't watching...

I go to sleep and hope things are better when I wake up. They never are, but false hope is better than nothing sometimes.

Have a good cry, a good laugh, think of my mom and other family and everything that they overcame, and overall my children! I know that my answer is terribly cliche, but it is the truth:)

I sit in a long hot shower and let the water pour over me. I let the water re-energize me.

What doesn't kill me, makes me stronger - the mantra of my life.

    peace ?
