Not everyone. And I'm not the kind of person to tell everyone, because at my age birthdays aren't a big a celebration as they used to be.

Some people know, but I don't make a point of telling everyone. In our office we sign up at the beginning of the year to have make a cake or some other kind of desert for people on their birthdays.
