thanks to Champix tablets its going really well. I've had one puff of a cigarette today and it made me feel quite sick :-)

mine was to lose the weight i put on when i had my baby in Nov. So far i've lost 16lbs which isn't bad :)
oh, it's going ok, and getting better. instead of just vowing to exercise to fitness DVD's, i've finally hit play. i sit and watch them all morning so i think that's a start. ;)
Went out the window on the 2nd January. (Diet)

it's going great. i've had the same resolution for 2yrs and i actually feel better now that i've stopped doing what i was doing..
I guess it's OK. I said I wanted to lose weight this year. I've lost only 6 pounds since January 10 th. On the bright side, I have not even been trying.
I blew it on new years day but started again on monday!
