Buy healthy foods when you go grocery shopping, and less junk. Take her to the gym with you.
You can't. It's impossible to "politely" tell a girl she's, well, fat. Just try to change her eating habits without her noticing, or something of that nature.
Start working out and when she becomes suspicious about your working out mention some chicks were hitting on and by the way "would you like to start working out with me" out of suspcion she'll come to keep those pesky "girls" away =)
Don't. You should appreciate her for who she is! If my boyfriend told me to lose weight, I'd call him a taxi. :)
There really isnt a way... They always get offended. But you could go exercise with her maybe. Otherwise... She'll be pissed.
How do I tell you politely to "mind your business'?
There are some online softwares that you can upload your pictures and chose "lose 10pnd or 15 or 20...." and the software will transform your picture to the less weight and you can see the great impact. Maybe you can tell your friend "let's try it" or another solution can be asking her to join your excersize sessions. I think it's always better to ask someone to do something together not just tell them YOU should do it. Hope it works for you;)

I wouldn't. She's bound to know it herself & will just begrudge you for bringing it up. Leave it alone.
