i really can't speak for anyone or anything else, but i'm genuine.
God has given us 5 senses to feel the reality of things. As for other things, we have to use our brain to find out what's real and how much.. It depends on individual's capacity to do so..
Perhaps a more appropriate question would be to ask how much of your life is not real?
If it is more than just a small portion of it there is definitely something wrong.
Being real with yourself is just the first step in being real with others. If you cannot be real in your life how can you ever be real with anyone else?
