How can i get more flexible?!


Question: Stretch for 20mins a day kinda hard to tell you what stretches work best
while yur watchin tv.
do it after yu come out the shower coz yur muscles are warm and it will make it easier
hold the stretch postion for 10 -15 seconds and repeat more than once.
DONT force yurself!!
do it till its uncomforable when yu get used to that and gradually go deeper...

Well I have been doing a lot of Yoga and it is helping my flexibility a lot

By stretching alot!

Yoga! You'll start noticing a difference within a few weeks.

Stretch! Every day

Stretch and work out everyday. Don't not do it for a few days, because then, once you start again, it will hurt SO bad.

do aerobics and stretches everyday

try and do yoga or i dont know try doing streaches that make you go deeper in one you can go that deep and try streching every day and go deeper and deeper even if it hurts for i dont know maybe 5 min. or so and try doing that and splits oh ouch they hurt but try.

With exercise.
All types of bending ones. And twisting and such. But do them slowly. Carefully . And under supervision if possible.
Take real care to start with little steps if you are unused to it.
Dancing is another great form.

Stretch everyday or every other day.

if it is so you can like touch your toes to your head w/ out your hands then practice that or if you just want to more flexible take a tumbling class that helps with flexibility or if you can just do bridges and back bends when you do those walk your hands close to your feet (make sure you don't tip over)
