What do you do to ease anxiety/stress?!


Question: I have found meditation to be most beneficial. It helps me center, ground, and discern if my fears are mine or someone else's.

I usually crawl into bed lay my head back on the pillow close my eyes and allow myself to go into a trance like state I have honed this skill so I don't go to the level of relaxation where I go out of body.
Once at this plateau I then feel peaceful and simultaneously spread my Love and peace to those who need it.

Lately I've been worried about my finances - but because of this relaxation technique and my inner knowing I know that my financial worries are indeed not mine.

I meditate every morning after I visit the bathroom.

I've done it for over 6 years now....very seldom do I have stress in my life.

I also like to meditate when I am stressed. I also like to go for a walk or exercise, they relieve stress/anxiety quite nicely too.

i eat chocolate lot of chocolate..

OOOOOMMMMM.....!!!!
