Boob jobs look like boob jobs and they rarely fool anyone. If you want one, get one, who cares what guys think? They're not their boobs.

i dont think you will have scarring. i dont see any scars on the ladies who have them done. ask the doctor though just to be 100 percent sure.

i havent met a guy yet who hasn't said that he doesn't like breast implant and he prefer natural because you really can tell when the shirt is off and they have a totally different feeling

You ought to look into this a bit more. Personally I dont go in for all this glamour stuff, you can change this and that about how you look, but you cant change the person!
If you want to do this for you, then I suggest you go do some research, have a talk with specialist etc and decide from there. But looks only skin deep!
