If a friend of yours asked YOU to be the father of her child even though it wasn!

Question: It's an odd question but I know what you mean. My best friends little boy has not seen his father since his first birthday, eight yrs ago (it's actualy a blessing). Even though we are not physicaly related, He calls me Uncle and I call him my Nephew. I reckon I would be the first one to step in if anyone ever tried to hurt him (thats if his mother left enough of the person for me to step up to lol). I am about the only steady male role model he has as he lives in a house full of women. It is almost like he is my son.

No,I'm married wouldn't be appropriate.

no THATS ODD

If they paid me enough money

No, im not a male.

no

I am not a guy - but if I loved her I guess I would.

It would have to be a hell of a good friend

YES ABSOLUTELY

THER EIS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT

PAUL ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes and i said yes but she said no

No. Id take it to McDonalds every once in awhile. Kids dig McNuggets.

no

No, but If she were a good friend, I would offer to be a male figure in the childs life.....but she'd have to be a goooood friend.

no way. i didnt get to have the child with her but now i have to be responsible for the little bugger? no thank you.

if she was fiiiiiiiiiiine

no

that just you must alone answer

Yes i would

Maybe it would depend on how close a friend she was and what my other commitments were at the time.

Possibly. I'd rather the kid have a loving, nurturing and caring male figure in their life than none at all.

A true friend doesn't go away, whereas relationships come and go, and because of that I'd do what I could to be a stable figure in that kid's life.

no it's not fair on the child.

No.
She is only your FRIEND,
Not your GF or sister.
Even you have the child you cannot treat him or her as good as she or he is your own son

Not fair for both u and the child

I would try to be a positive figure in that child's life, but never the father.

I would try. If someone trusted me and thought that much of me it would be a privilege
