warm up, stretch legs, flex and move all of my muscles so that my body is not uncomfortable or stiff
activity, do any aerobic or anaerobic activity i like. i prefer swimming and just dancing
cool down, stretch again, slowly making my muscles relaxed.

usually i just go on the treadmill

The gym 3 times a week and walking as much as possible.

Soccer no matter what the weather is like

pushups. mybe situps

have sex with my wife....lol

Ideally I go to the gym lift weights for about 2 hours then run for 40 minutes at least 3 nights a week and then run on the weekends, but lately I've had so much work that the best exercise I got was having to write really fast.
