Cole Porter, 1941, "Let's Not Talk About Love," - the woman "Peggy Joiyce" was Peggy Hopkins Joyce, a notorious actress who married and divorced a number of rich men. "Diamonds are a girl's best friend" was actaully about Peggy Joyce. The show was"Let's Face It," but there is some doubt the song was actually performed in the show.

YOU are probably referring to the Celine Dion album, however. Her version left the "Not" out of the title.

Geez, let's get DIFFICULT, here. Which is the ONLY memorable song from Porter's "Very Warm for May," what year, and whose performance do you prefer? (I like my OWN rendition best.) And Jerry Brown's ex-girlfriend's version doesn't count (but what was the name of the album it was on?).

PS - If you wanna hear my version, you have to show up for dinner on a Saturday night at the Italian restuarant at Howard and Dale Mabry in Tampa. The pianist starts work at 9.

peggy sue got married

High School Musical 2. Vanessa Hudgens? LOL. Idk.
