Do you often get taken out of your comfort zone?!
Question: If so how do you cope with it?
Answers: If so how do you cope with it?
usually everyday.
i hate being in situations where i have to do things alone and i have to deal with that everyday now that i live in a city with no family or close friends. how i cope with it? i usually find myself having an adrenaline rush if its something good, or i get very very nervous if i get the feeling its bad.
not really.
sometimes. and i cope with it, by changing the subject.
Yes, I never liked it but somehow I'm also able to cope with it by reminding myself it happens to make myself stronger...
Life is full of sugar and spice... ^_^
Sometimes: At work I sometimes come across difficult people - I just stay calm and be polite (I work in an airport!)
My 'comfort zone' is within myself.
Yes....but it makes me a better person when I come out the other side!!!
turn the other cheek and get on with it
A few times. I try to think everything will be all right.
More often than I would like. It often results from my having to provide for my kids and grandkid. How I cope with it immediately is to be alone when I can. Otherwise, I work on getting back into my comfort zone.
TRY to be open minded...key word, TRY
i am a fan of jumpin outside my comfort zone, i believe it stimulates personal growth. how i cope depends on what is makin me uncomfortable, but i find the fail safe always fixes any situation cure is.... giggles! or outright laughter!
Most of the time. My comfort zone is within the bosom of my family and friends. I am good at pretending and that is how I cope with it.
