I do. The doctor told me to cut down on the alcohol and drink more water, I got sick. So I drink more than enough. I used to drink a lot anyway, so now I more than the recommended amount.

I don't and I find it hard to drink that many a day...
i drink a jug of water a day...so yea 8 or 9 glasses...my mom BARELY ever buys sodas...i'm kinda glad to cause i mean a lot of sodas are having what 30 to 40 grams of sugar i mean come on no wonder why our society has so many obese people...sodas are a very large cause of it also...

I drink when I'm thirsty I gave up counting along time ago

But i guess u've really got to take into account the humidity, how much exercise you've done etc.

Sometimes I have tea instead, for a treat. But you have got to boil water first.... have you SEEN what fish get up to in it?
