Is it better to go to ticket master the day they come out or online?!

There have been a plethora of new rip off ticket brokers recently, thanks to some new software programs. I just can't get a good ticket on ticketmaster through the on line service anylonger.
I would go get on line at a Ticketmaster outlet BUT make sure you get there early and are the first one in line!
