personally i would ask to die, i couldn't imagine living just as a talking head for the rest of my life, not being able to move anything from the neck down ever again, being totally dependant 24/7 on other people let alone the cost thats involved in keepin people like that alive.

I would choose life, if only because death is a rather serious decision to be making under such strenous circumstances.
You have to ask yourself what about those you leave behind.Is it fair to them.What if you have unresolved quarrels with family. If you have children what would you tell them? Sorry kids life is going to be to difficult for me so I'm giving up but you guys should never give up. Do as I say not as I do?!?!?
