depends what type of pencils and what types of pens. I hate traditional #2 pencils, but I love mechanical pencils. I hate the normal ball point pens, but I love those pens that have a fine point and write in a deep color, not gel pens but similar. In the end out of the two, i prefer mechanical pencils.
Pencils, then I can erase all my mistakes.
I love to write with Rapidograph drafting pens. My favourite is the very smallest nib.
