As long as we share similar interests, then that's all that counts. I figure if we don't share the same intellect or the same values, we will have a lot to learn from each other. What a great way to endure a friendship. Free education with perks.

I'll talk to anyone without thinking about that tbh. I don't really mind either way - I like someone who is similar to me but then I go in so many different friendship circles*, I'll talk with anyone, I'm up for small talk or an argument or whatever lol
(*that's not to say I'm popular, I'm just not a "clique" person, you couldn't categorise me into a friendship group, if you get me - I don't really attach myself to any one person and I'm not particularly REALLY friendly with anyone- in school I'm not anyways. I just sort of converse with everyone..)

I'm quicker to befriend an idiot than I am to befriend someone with different values. Perhaps that's why I can't stand my husband's ex-wife. She's a lazy, worthless, incompetent parasite. (I would go one, but I don't want to be ugly.)
